ECW part 2

These have been added to the collection.
Warlord Games  Horse in Scottish service.

Bought these at a Bring and Buy now pressed into service as Scots Lancers.

Issue of using different manufacturers. The Scots lancers should have smaller horses so not too much of an issue.
Not sure If I will keep these, bought these at a Bring and Buy but don't really fit. I may use them as a Generals escort.

Warlord Games Firelock Party

Scots frame gun from Warlord Games

Fire and ...

Brimstone.

I quite like the Warlord figures especially the metals which have excellent character and need little cleaning. Their plastics fit together with minimal filler required. The other thing I have discovered is that one needs to take care when buying painted figures from a Bring and Buy sale. In this case the lancers cost me $30 Au re-based they fit as Scots lancers their horses were known to be of lesser quality and smaller. Others however are larger and are harder to fit.

It's not a period that grabs me as far as gaming goes but the armies and uniforms are impressive. I bought a Charles II blister to paint up for that very reason, now buried in the pile somewhere.

Stanislaws Polish army of the TYW would get me going tho.

Me bad been neglecting Blog. They are based for WECW which probably means they can be used for anything.

This period had me interested a while ago but was always a back burner thing.
